Stockton and Ghost

 Annicha came home from trick or treating and was so excited.  "MOM LOOK WHAT I GOT!"  She had a kitten in her treat bucket!  Jeff had arranged with a neighbor that had kittens to give her one when they came trick or treating.  She got it as a reward for piano practicing.  I knew nothing about this-sly Jeff!   Anyway, Ghost became part of the family.  Stockton sleeps here when we aren't looking-looks like Ghost likes it too!

 Stockton is getting old so he sleeps on the landing so he can be in the middle of things going on all over the house.  Looks like Ghost likes that spot as well.  Wilbur (our other cat)  isn't as fond of Ghost and Stockton.    He won't stay in the same room with the new kitty let alone pose for a picture with him!

Maren's Snow Attire

This wasn't the first snow of the year, but Maren couldn't wait!  She woke up and saw it had snowed and asked for snow ice cream for breakfast!  She promptly got dressed to go play...silly girl!  She did get her snow ice cream, just after breakfast!

Halloween Night

 Here are two pictures of my cute Pinkalicious...she held the book for the pictures so everyone would know who she was...those of you with little girls probably don't need any help!

Jeff and Sierra went for an hour and a half.  This is the first year Joran didn't get tired!  He used to have to go in the stroller after about 5 or 6 houses!  He loved it!  We also loved that the high on Halloween was 70 degrees and they didn't freeze or get snowed on like in years past!

Pumpkin Carving

 We carve pumpkins the Monday before Halloween.  Here are a few pictures from this year.  It took a while before we figured out the easiest way to carve all those pumpkins without getting blisters and fatigued arms/fingers.

Necia's Ride

 Cheyenne was vacuuming our floor and Necia kept getting in the way.  She just pushed her along with the vacuum.  Cheyenne would leave her in a spot across the room and start vacuuming again.

Necia would crawl back and sit in front of the vacuum and wait for another ride.  She did this over and over.  She found herself a pretty fun game!

Sadies 2012

Connor got asked to Sadies by Lindsay...here is how he answered her...Joran took these roses to the door and asked for Lindsay.  When she answered, he said,"These are for you babe!"  Lindsay laughed and told Joran he was cuter than his brother.  Joran loved helping Connor out.

Cheyenne asked Nick...of course he has the pictures of that-she sent him on a scavenger hunt to different peoples houses in their neighborhood.  He ended up back home in his bathroom with a tub full of frogs.  She put a note that said something like..of all the frogs in the lake you are the one I want to take.

Cheyenne picked Nick up early and they went to Brigham City to do baptisms in the new Temple.  They then came back and carved a pumpkin, had lunch and watched a movie.  Here are some of the pumpkin carving shots.

Nick loved the shirts that we made...they wore them again to school on Halloween.

I don't really have pictures of Connor's day date, but they had lunch and carved pumpkins as well.  Lindsay chose the Pirates theme...as in Pirates of the Caribbean.  Connor looks like Will Turner (his hat was at their next destination) and Lindsay looks like Elizabeth Swan.  It was really cute Connor drew the beard and mustache and Lindsay helped with the rest of his make-up.

Caramel Apples

 Every year I hear begging to make caramel apples...this year we really made some.  This is the first of a couple trays.  We had Reese's bits, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, heath chips, sprinkles, etc.  They had fun making them, but I think they enjoyed eating them most!

Pumpkin Walk

 We try to make it to the pumpkin walk every year...this year it happened to fall during UEA weekend.  This year it was actually warm and sunny!  Here are the ones that came with us...Cheyenne had to work and Connor and Boston chose to stay home...
This year the theme was  "Games" -you will see why after you see some of the pictures.  We didn't take pictures of all the of the scenes, just our favorites...Hope you enjoy as well!

 Last night we watched Madagascar 3 - good thing since the first scene was from the movie and we would not have understood it at all.

 This is the Relay for Life scene...we had to take a picture.  Joran got a card like this from my sisters when he was in the hospital and he giggled every time he looked at it. He giggled again when he saw this!

 This one made me and Jeff smile...they captured Utah State and University of Utah in their game this year-hehehe.

 This scene is Just Dance..he is Joran "shuffling".

 The scene from Clue was amazing...our family loves to play this game.

 Joran loved this one; he loves to watch Wipe Out.  Of course the censored bum made his giggle too!

 All of us have read the Hunger Games (and seen the movie).  Needless to say we liked the scenes from Hunger Games.

 The cut outs are their favorite part of the entire experience.  Where the Wild Things Are is so fitting for my wild girl.
