Cheyenne-Scorpian of the Month

We got a letter from the junior high inviting Jeff and I to a luncheon to honor Cheyenne, as well as a couple other students, as the Scorpian of the month. The luncheon was held today in the library. We ate school lunch on plates with placemats (brown like the school colors) and gold napkins (the other school color), goblets for our drinks, baskets with gold napkins holding the rolls...three courses meal: salad, country fried chicken, and cake! It was a nice luncheon. After the luncheon the counselors read the letters from the teachers who nominated them, gave them a certificate, school water bottle (which they called a rehydration something -to be funny), a certificate for a shake from the PTA and a school pin! Way to go Cheyenne!
